By purchasing and accessing the Declutter to Cash Challenge ("the Challenge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Challenge.

2. Description of Service

The Declutter to Cash Challenge is a 7-day educational program designed to help participants identify and sell valuable items in their homes. The Challenge includes:

• Daily instructional content and action plans
• Resource guides and templates
• Access to bonus materials including the Quick-Flip Item Database
• Lifetime access to challenge materials

3. Payment Terms

The Challenge is offered for a one-time payment of $27 USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete all 7 days of the challenge and cannot identify at least $100 worth of items to sell in your home, we will provide a full refund. Refund requests must include evidence of challenge completion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Challenge, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Elaro Digital Edge and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Challenge content without express written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Challenge content for personal use only
• Not share, sell, or distribute your access credentials
• Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Challenge materials
• Accurately represent any items you choose to sell based on Challenge guidance

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Results from the Challenge vary by individual. The earnings figures mentioned in our marketing materials are examples only and not guarantees. Your results will depend on various factors including the items you own, your effort level, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elaro Digital Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Challenge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Challenge.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Challenge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Challenge after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
